“This is the first face sunscreen that I have ever actually liked. My dermatologist said I HAD to get this one after having a small skin cancer and having my nose reconstructed. I definitely don’t want to go through that again. This lotion is so light and has a clean scent. It isn’t overly thick or gooey. It goes perfect under makeup and I was afraid it would make my foundation go on different and be streaky. It does not. It costs more than I am used to paying for anything as a frugal underemployed person. I wish things that Dr’s prescribe/recommend could be covered by insurance…. “I have fair skin, and my family has a long history of skin cancer. My dermatologist implores me to wear sunscreen daily. I don’t want to get skin cancer; I don’t care about being tan. However, I have always HATED applying sunscreen. I hate how it feels going on, it makes my makeup weird, it doesn’t absorb, it makes me sweat, or some other similar problem. Anyway, I looked online a fair amount after my last derm appointment, and thought I would give this one a shot. I love it. I don’t have any of the problems that I just described. It is very light weight and quick to absorb. My skin is dry and a little sensitive, but I don’t have trouble with dryness or irritation. ON the other hand, it is not oily. It just sort of disappears (within seconds). I’ve only been using it for about a week, so I guess if something changes I’ll come back to update. “I have to say at first I was skeptical that this would be worth the money, as it is a bit pricey. But let me tell you, this product is worth it! I have rosacea and my skin is prone to irritation from many products. But I need a good quality sunscreen to wear daily. This product does not irritate my sensitive skin, provides excellent protection from the sun. It does not leave a white cast on my skin, and dries clear. A little goes a long way too.
